Both are Catholics, one the former President of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP), the other the current President of the Philippines. Two wrongs don’t make a right. Two heads at loggerheads are no better. ¶ Where else in the world but in the Philippines where you can witness real-life crucifixions? As a Filipino, I’m not surprised.
